A complete stripout is the removal of everything non-structural in a room or building. Essentially you will be left with a space that is pared back to the timber framing and roofing joists, so that a new buyer or tenant can renovate the building to their exact needs.

Exactly what we do will depend on your specific commercial needs and what type of property you need stripped out.

For retail spaces, you might need us to remove the flooring; demolish non-structural walls; dismantle and remove point of sale fixtures and shop fittings; demolish windows and shop fronts; and strip any plumbing or electrical outlets.

For an office building, you might need loose furniture removed; floors stripped and ground down; walls demolished; work stations and partitions dismantled; kitchenettes or tea rooms removed; bathrooms and toilets taken away; or electrical and data points returned to their original states.
